In 2011, Donley’s provided concrete services for the West Village Parking Garage, located west of Towson Run Apartments in Towson University’s West Village precinct.

Due to its high visibility from major roadways in surrounding areas, the aesthetics of the parking deck were an important design consideration. Special screening systems, colors, and other architectural details were incorporated to enhance the structure. With an eye toward energy conservation and sustainability, the garage also featured LED lighting, which consumes 50% less electricity than standard garage fixtures.
