Donley’s Restoration Group worked on the Reserve Square Parking Garage is a two-tower mixed use apartment complex in downtown Cleveland. The apartment building has an attached parking garage for use by guests and tenants. The garage was in need of repairs consisting of:

• Loose concrete removal

• Concrete slab repair

• Crack/joint sealants

• New membrane application

• Precast tee and repair

• Expansion joint replacement

• Overhead repairs
