WWTP Phase 4 Repairs
- In addition to the new cast-in-place construction completed during Phase 4, Donley's performed the following improvements:
- 7,500 SF of partial-depth repair
- 19,000 +/- of drill epoxy dowels
- 3,700 LF +/- of retrofit walls
