Due to its high visibility from major roadways in surrounding areas, the aesthetics of the parking deck were an important design consideration. Special screening systems, colors, and other architectural details were incorporated to enhance the structure. With an eye toward energy conservation and sustainability, the garage also features LED lighting, which consumes 50% less electricity than standard garage fixtures.
