Donley’s worked on the Annandale Campus Parking Deck located on the Northern Virigina Community College campus. This facility provides daily parking for faculty, staff, and students, as well as patrons of the Ernst Community Cultural Center.

The structure was partially constructed into a hillside, eliminating the long uphill walk from the surface parking lot that the parking deck replaced. In addition, the new building’s façade blends with the surrounding stone and precast campus buildings.
