Donley’s served as general contractor on the North Parking Deck Expansion at Richmond International Airport in Richmond, VA, a $35 million parking expansion project.

Richmond International Airport has evolved into one of the most well-equipped airports in the eastern United States. To accommodate increased passenger traffic and other expansion projects at the airport, it was determined that more parking was needed.

Phase 1 of the project included the 2,600-space North Deck expansion and addition of a new four-bay ticket canopy. Phase 2 consisted of renovations to the existing South Deck and addition of a ticket canopy.
