Donley’s provided concrete restoration services on the Acacia on the Green Garage Repairs project in Lyndhurst, OH.

During the project’s seven-month schedule at the condominium community, various structural concrete and waterproofing repairs were made across the elevated parking deck and below grade slab-on-grade. This parking deck was in use by the public during the project, which included several $100,000.00 + cars parked in the deck during construction. With rigorous planning and safety measures, no vehicles were damaged. The cost of the project was over $1.6 million and completed in February 2016.
