The Case Western Reserve University Health Science Garage is located near the Robbins Building, which houses Case’s School of Medicine. The original garage was suffering from years of water damage and corrosion, that desperately needed renovating. Donley’s work on the project included:

 

  • Structural repairs and waterproofing

  • Removal of deck coating

  • Installation of corrosion anode units

  • Corrosion inhibiting treatment for slab
    concrete

  • Structural slab repairs

  • Waterproofing over expansion joints

  • Removal of structural strip patching

  • Application of a urethane/epoxy hybrid
    membrane system
