Donley’s is providing concrete services for The Strand, a 20-story mixed-use tower in the heart of Raleigh’s North Hills Innovation District (NHID). The project is part of the developer’s ongoing build-out of the NHID, a $1 billion mixed-use campus.

The tower will feature 362 apartment units, 9,000 SF of ground-floor retail, a five-level, 500-space parking garage. Amenities include a sixth-floor deck with a pool, fitness center, and club room, an eighteenth-floor clubroom with bar and outdoor terraces, and a top-level speakeasy exclusively for penthouse residents.
