Donley’s provided concrete services for the redevelopment of The Hues at City View (previously known as Sampson Paint) in Richmond, VA.

The project transformed the former Sampson Coatings site in Richmond’s Manchester district into a residential and retail destination. The mixed-use building includes 98 residential apartment units, a lobby and leasing office, a fitness center, a clubhouse community space, and a two-level, 200-space parking garage.
