Donley’s provided concrete services for The Highview, a new four-story residential addition that serves as the Phase II expansion of Searstone in Cary, NC.

The expansion includes 149 independent living units, as well as 14 memory care, 14 assisted living, and 24 skilled nursing units. In addition to three new dining venues, the expansion features a 5,000-square-foot auditorium and arts center.
