Donley’s completed construction on The Forum Hotel at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA in 2021, and the property opened in 2023.

The facility features 198 hotel rooms, 22,000 square feet of meeting, innovation and learning space, a 6,000 square-foot ballroom, a destination restaurant, a lounge, and a café. Connected to the facility is a beautifully designed outdoor green space and arboretum that features outdoor classrooms, specimen trees, natural green spaces, a water feature, and trails that connect to the surrounding areas.

The Forum Hotel is less than two miles away from most of the UVA campus and a short drive to several wineries.
