Donley’s is providing concrete services for The Commons at Carolina, a six-story student residence hall at the University of South Carolina.

The fully post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete structure will accommodate 896 beds and feature a mix of pod-style and suite-style housing for students. The development is expected to be completed in time for the fall 2028 academic year.
