Summit Place Apartments (formerly referred to as 530 Meeting Street) is an approximately 200,000 SF student-oriented apartment building located in the Upper King district of Charleston, SC. The building features five levels of residences, onsite parking, and over 6,000 SF in resident amenities, including a large pool and courtyard, bike storage, a gym, and conference rooms.

Donley’s concrete services included cast-in-place concrete foundations, an underground water detention vault, slab on grade, and a one-level structural concrete podium. Our work on the project was completed in May 2019.
