Donley’s Concrete Group was hired by CF Evans Construction to provide concrete services for the Still Hopes Retirement Center, Phase 2 Independent Living Building. Our work on the project, located in West Columbia, South Carolina, included a basement parking garage, five stories of retirement community living, and a 1-story cast-in-place roof. By the conclusion of the project in January 2020, we placed 13,338 cubic yards of concrete for the 293,000 square foot facility.
