Seahawk Crossing Parking Deck serves four residence halls on the University of North Carolina – Wilmington campus. The facility also accommodates parking for faculty and visitors.

The structure was designed to blend in with the campus’s existing modified-Georgian architecture, a classic style featuring red brick, columns, and arched windows. Spaces for alternative fuel vehicles and covered bicycle storage encourage alternative transportation and are a reflection of the university’s commitment to sustainability.

Donley’s work on the Seahawk Crossing Parking Deck was completed on budget and one month ahead of schedule.

This project is LEED Silver certified.
