The main purpose of the Seahawk Crossing Parking Deck is to service the four residence halls that were built concurrently with the deck and in the same area. The facility also accommodates parking for faculty and visitors.

The structure is designed to blend in with the campus’s existing modified-Georgian architecture, a classic style featuring red brick, columns, and arched windows. Spaces for alternative fuel vehicles and covered bicycle storage encourage alternative transportation and are a reflection of the Seahawk Crossing development’s commitment to sustainability.

The fast-track project was completed on budget and one month ahead of schedule.

This mixed use development project is LEED Silver certified.
