Located in the historic city of downtown Raleigh, Seaboard Station sits between the historic Seaboard Railroad Station and William Peace University. Donley’s provided concrete services on this project for Clancy & Theys Construction.

The development brings together Raleigh residents and visitors who seek a lifestyle rooted in connection. Additionally, it features vibrant shops and restaurants, thoughtfully designed apartments, and a dynamic hotel with a lively central corridor connecting them all.

Developed by Hoffman & Associates over three phases, the first phase integrated 300 apartment residences and 30,000 square feet of retail and open spaces for gathering and activity. Upon completion, the 6-story development comprised 375,662 square feet total, with 504 parking spaces, more than 600 residencies and roughly 130,000 square feet of retail and open space.
