Donley’s provided concrete services for the upgrade and expansion of the Northwest Water Treatment Plant, which included the addition of new reverse osmosis equipment and a discharge pipeline. With its completion, the plant nearly doubled its capacity, increasing from 24 million gallons per day (MGD) to 45 MGD in conventional treatment capacity.
