Donley’s provided concrete services for Naia Noir (formerly known as Shoreway Tower), a residential development in Cleveland’s Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood that expands the existing Shoreway Apartments.

The 110-unit apartment building is built atop a three-story parking garage with 169 parking spaces and 4,000 SF of ground-level commercial space. Amenities include an infinity lap pool, hot tub, patio, cabanas and gas-powered grilling stations.
