Donley’s delivered Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) services for Lerner Research Institute Cleveland Innovation District Buildings CBA and CBB, two research buildings on the Cleveland Clinic’s main campus in Cleveland, OH.

Part of phase two of the Global Center for Pathogen and Human Health Research, the five- and seven-story structures significantly expanded the Clinic’s research capacity, with a focus on advancing knowledge of emerging pathogens and virus-related diseases. The buildings will feature state-of-the-art research laboratories, classroom space, offices and a café.
