Donley’s provided concrete services for the FSU Academic Health Center project in Tallahassee, FL.
The four-story, 138,381 SF medical research facility is part of FSU Health, an initiative focused on improving health and health care across North Florida. The center will feature clinical research spaces, a family residency practice, laboratory facilities, and other resources aimed at connecting academic research with patient care.
Donley’s scope of work included:
- Foundations
- Retaining walls
- Shear walls
- Slab-on-grade
- Columns through four elevated pan slabs.
Donley’s completed its work 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
