Donley’s provided concrete services for the FSU Academic Health Center in Tallahassee, FL.

This four-story, 138,381 SF medical research facility is part of FSU Health, an initiative focused on improving health and health care across North Florida. When it opens in 2026, the center will feature clinical research spaces, a family residency practice, laboratory facilities, and other resources aimed at connecting academic research with patient care.

Donley’s placed 6,925 CY of concrete for the FSU Academic Health Center building, which offers 350 parking spaces for employees and patients. Our scope of work included:

  • Foundations
  • Retaining walls
  • Shear walls
  • Slab-on-grade
  • Columns through four elevated pan slabs.
