Donley’s provided concrete services for Raleigh’s new city hall, East Civic Tower, which was designed to reflect Raleigh’s status as a 21st Century City of Innovation. The 17-story structure will bring municipal offices, council chambers, conference facilities, a staff health center, and an art gallery together under one roof.

In addition, the tower will contribute to Raleigh’s growing skyline.
