Donley’s is providing concrete services for two buildings for Courier Square Phase II. This $185 million phase is part of a multi-phase redevelopment on Charleston’s Upper Peninsula in South Carolina.

Building 1 is a mixed-use building featuring 300 residential units, a 287-space structured parking garage, and over 13,000 SF of retail space. Building 2 is a single-level podium that will include apartment units and retail space.

Donley’s scope of work includes:

• Slab-on-grade
• Elevated post-tensioned decks
• A cast-in-place storm water vault
