Donley’s was the Design-Builder for the 475-car Bridgestone Technical Center Parking Deck in Akron, OH. The four-level structure is constructed of cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete and features LED fixtures.

The design complements the Bridgestone Technical Center through the use of similar materials, such as Swisspearl Fiber Cement Panels and Stainless-Steel Flatlock Panels (a Bridgestone product). Furthermore, the use of yellow brick ties the structure to the historic ballpark adjacent to the project site.

A pedestrian bridge from the Bridgestone Technical Center Parking Deck connects the approximately 165,000 SF parking deck to the main building providing convenient access for employees and visitors alike.
