Donley’s provided concrete services for Main2525 Apartments (previously known as the 2525 East Main Street Apartments), which features eight floors of apartments above a podium structure below. Main2525 lies in the shadow of Richmond’s financial district, alongside the James River, in a neighborhood of cobblestone streets now defined by urban restoration.

This project included three levels of parking—one below grade and two above. The cast-in-place structure was completed in May 2019.

Our scope of work on Main2525 Apartments included:
• Three levels of cast-in-place concrete structure (110,000 SF Total)
• Two levels of elevated parking with 3rd level transfer plate
• 123,000 SF of slab on metal deck (4 Levels)
• Conventionally reinforced
• 2,300 LF of CIP Walls
• Over 9,500 cubic yards of concrete
• Finished Critical Path two weeks early
