The restoration project was a 10-story parking deck at Ontario & Prospect in Downtown Cleveland. The site, which is a block from Public Square and across the street from the JACK Casino, is a heavily trafficked at the street level.

- Biggest risk/concerns…keeping all of the debris, sand-blast aggregate/dust, and new paint from escaping protection put in place for containment…no incidents!
Reserve Square is a two-tower mixed use apartment complex in downtown Cleveland. The complex has an attached parking garage for use by guests and tenants. The garage was in need of repairs consisting of:

Corrosion inhibiting treatment for slab
Structural slab repairs
Waterproofing over expansion joints
Removal of structural strip patching
Application of a urethane/epoxy hybrid
