Donley’s worked with Clancy & Theys on Platform Raleigh, a multi-family residential project in Raleigh, North Carolina. The mixed-use project included a seven-story parking garage, a pool, fire pits, indoor and outdoor coworking spaces, a work area complete with tools, retail, and 442 residential units.
