Donley’s worked with Samet Corporation on Link Apartments® Calyx in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The apartment building is conveniently located near UNC, Duke Health Systems, and Research Triangle Park. It offers great amenities, including a saltwater pool with grills, and a 24/7 Spin + HIIT Studio. In addition, the property offers EV charging stations, bike and vehicle storage, and many other practical facilities that will ease your routine.

Our scope on this almost $4 million project consisted of foundations, retaining walls, and slab on grade for a pre-cast parking deck. Adjacent to the deck, Donley’s also did foundation work, columns, shear walls, slab on grade, and two levels of podium deck for the residential construction.
