Donley’s provided concrete services for Fenton, a mixed-use project in Cary, North Carolina.  The development offers 2.5 million SF of retail, office, restaurant, hotel, and multifamily units. The initial phase consisted of 348,000 SF of specialty and experiential retail, including a 102,000 SF Wegmans store and high-end movie theater; 195,000 SF of Class A office; 357 apartment units; and a 175-key hotel.
