Chris Buzzanca

Project Engineer and former co-op

"I first connected with Donley’s at Kent State University’s career fair in 2022, which led to a summer internship and the start of my professional career. I then went on to complete three full years of internships with Donley’s during summer, fall, and spring semesters. After graduating in fall 2025, I began my full-time role as a Project Engineer.

Throughout my time at Donley’s, I have gained valuable hands-on experience while continuing to grow both professionally and personally. I have built strong relationships, worked with diverse teams, and contributed to a variety of project types, each offering unique learning opportunities. My experience here has also helped me grow by strengthening my confidence, improving my time management skills, and becoming more adaptable in new situations.

My progression from intern to full-time employee reflects Donley’s genuine commitment to developing young professionals and investing in their long-term growth.”
