Donley’s is providing concrete and design-assist services for the new cancer center and garage at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, OH. This is the first phase of the $150 million North Campus redevelopment and will replace the Moll Cancer Center, medical office building, and parking garage.

The new five-level cancer building will be a modern outpatient oncology facility designed to consolidate and expand cancer care services. The six-story garage will offer 992 parking spaces for the hospital.

Donley’s scope of work includes:

• Cancer Center: Slab-on-grade, slab on metal deck, and walls
• Garage: Full turnkey concrete package
