Donley’s is providing concrete services for Tributary, a new residential community in the North Hills Innovation District (NHID), following a 28-acre land acquisition that expands the district’s footprint.

The 6-story mixed-use building will feature 332 apartments, 6,000 SF of ground-level retail, two courtyards, a digital content creation studio, and an elevated wellness center. Tributary is slated to open in spring 2028.
