Donley’s is providing concrete services for Blume on Ivy, a mixed-use student housing development located near University of Virginia.

The 10-story building partially wraps around and sits atop a structured parking garage, with residential spaces and luxury amenities above. Once complete, the development will include 277 units totaling 782 beds, serving the growing student population in the area.
