Donley’s is providing concrete services for Handcraft Apartments, a mixed-use residential community in the Scott’s Addition neighborhood of Richmond, VA.

The development will feature 367 units, a two-level, 436-car garage, 17,000 square feet of commercial retail, and 10,000 square feet of outdoor amenities, including multiple courtyards and terraces, an expansive pool deck as well as lounge, dining, and event spaces.
