Donley’s provided concrete services on a 250,000 SF office facility for the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services located on its Conner Complex campus in Tallahassee, FL.

The building, which features an adjoining 1,000-space parking garage, will serve as a central hub for Florida agriculture, environmental protection, consumer safety, and food safety efforts. Special use spaces include law enforcement evidence rooms, an audio/visual recording studio, a test kitchen, training and conferencing space, and an IT data center.

The project is expected to be completed in late 2027 and will save the department—and Florida taxpayers—more than $70 million over the next 30 years.

Donley’s scope of work included:

  • Foundations
  • Slab-on-grade
  • Slab on metal deck
  • Columns
  • Retaining walls
  • Five levels of 21” total depth pan slab
