CarMax Park
Donley’s provided concrete and design-assist services for CarMax Park, the future home of the Richmond Flying Squirrels, a Double-A affiliate of Major League Baseball’s San Francisco Giants.
The stadium/entertainment complex opened for the 2026 season and features 7,200 fixed seats, space for 2,000 standing-room-only fans, luxury suites, as well as social spaces like a beer garden and kids’ zone.

CarMax Park is a key part of the city’s new Diamond District development. Phase 1A of the project includes four new streets, a park, a 180-room hotel, 161 middle-income housing units at 60% area median, 30,000 square feet of commercial space, and 730 market-rate housing units. This phase commenced in March 2025 and will take approximately five years to complete.
