Pendleton Clemson Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion
Donley’s provided concrete services for the expansion of the Pendleton Clemson Wastewater Treatment Plant. This facility is owned by the Town of Pendleton but managed by a three-way intergovernmental agreement among the Town of Pendleton, the City of Clemson, and Anderson County. The expansion project was completed to support the area’s growth and improve the plant’s efficiency by increasing capacity to 7.5 million gallons per day (MGD) and updating the treatment process from an extended air plant to an anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic A²O process.

- Biological nutrient removal basin pad
- Site retaining walls and sidewalks
