Donley’s worked with Hourigan on Chasen Apartment complex in Richmond, Virginia’s Scott’s Addition neighborhood. The mixed-use building offers 352 apartments featuring studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across three buildings. Along West Marshall Street, building and neighborhood residents have access to over 5,350 SF of retail space and a publicly accessible pocket park. Furthermore, the Chasen’s additional amenities include a co-working space with private offices and conference room, a sky lounge with views of downtown, a resort-style zero edge pool, bike storage with repair stations, and more.
