Donley’s Restoration Group served as the design-assist subcontractor to repair and upgrade Cuyahoga County’s Huntington Parking Garage, a 40-year-old parking structure located at Lakeside Avenue and West 3rd Street in downtown Cleveland. The 1,100-space, four-level garage provides parking for the Justice Center, Cuyahoga County Courthouse, Cleveland Convention Center, and the Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel.

To allow parking operations to continue, a full-depth beam replacement was performed 50 feet above grade, with the structure shored during demolition and replaced afterward.

Donley’s scope of work included extensive structural concrete repairs, waterproofing, and various upgrades to meet ADA compliance standards.
