Donley’s worked with Hourigan Group on The Navigator project in Richmond, Virginia.

Located at 103 E. 2nd Street in Richmond’s Manchester neighborhood, The Navigator is a 6-story, 217,066 SF multifamily development that consists of one level of cast-in-place concrete podium and five levels of wood framing. The building houses 177 units, amenity space, a parking garage, and an approximately 6,000 SF courtyard space atop the CIP podium, including an elevated swimming pool.
