The Miles (previously Seaboard Station Block C)
Donley’s worked with Clancy & Theys on The Miles (Seaboard Station Block C) in Raleigh, North Carolina. The project was part of Phase 2 of the Seaboard Station development and includes approximately 260 apartments and roughly 55,000 square feet of retail.
The Miles offers indoor and outdoor amenities that include a spacious coworking lounge, a Makers’ Studio, state-of-the-art fitness center with outdoor turf area, a gaming lounge with custom pool table, a saltwater pool, and a courtyard with grill stations and fire pit.Â
