We are providing concrete services for The Mark Charleston, an off-campus mixed-use student housing community in Charleston, SC.

The six-story development is designed to serve students at the College of Charleston and meet the growing demand for student housing. It features 335 beds across 99 units, offering a mix of studio through six-bedroom layouts. The building also features more than 18,000 SF of amenity space, including rooftop decks and a pool, fitness and wellness areas, study lounges, and ground-floor retail. The Mark Charleston is expected to be completed in time for the 2027–2028 academic year.
