Donley’s worked on The Highview, a phase II expansion to the Searstone Retirement Community in Cary, North Carolina. The Life Plan Community is located in a mixed-use neighborhood, and this expansion added a 4-story residential building featuring 149 elegant apartment homes, a 5,000-square-foot auditorium and arts center, and three exciting new dining venues.
