Donley’s is providing concrete services on the expansion of Rolling Green Village, a senior living community in Greenville, SC.

The project will add four new structures: two carriage homes, an independent living home, and an assisted living building. It will expand the community’s full continuum of care, including memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services. Residents will also enjoy enhanced outdoor spaces with walking trails, courtyards, pickleball and bocce courts, and gathering areas. The expansion is expected to be completed by late 2027.

Donley’s scope of work on the Rolling Green Village Expansion includes:

• Three podium structures consisting of foundations, foundation walls, slab-on-grade, columns, and post-tension slabs.
• One additional building consisting of foundations and slab-on-grad.
