Donley’s served as a concrete contractor on the Pinecrest mixed-use project, which was located in an east side suburb of Cleveland, OH.

The development opened in 2018 and featured 639,000 SF of open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus office space, a 145-room hotel, and luxury apartments. Donley’s completed its work on the project in September 2017.
