Donley’s is delivering a turnkey concrete package for the Magnolia Landing development, a $3 billion project located along the Ashley River. The FEMA Trip Wall is a critical flood control structure designed to shield the Magnolia Landing community from high water and storm events.

Our scope includes 2,065 SF of cast-in-place foundations and walls on improved soils to provide flood protection.
