Donley’s is currently working on Hub on Campus with Power Construction. Located down the street from the North Carolina State University campus, the 12-story luxury student housing complex will house 2,000 N.C. State students as well as a parking deck with 692 spaces. The development will offer high-end amenities, including a fitness center, a “resort-style” pool and spa, a coffee shop, and a dog run enclosure for residents.

Donley’s scope of work includes:

• 12-story private student housing for NC State
• 667 units with 2,193 beds
• 5 levels of interior structured parking (with 2 levels below grade)
• Roof Top amenity level
