Donley’s provided concrete services for Hub on Campus, a 12-story luxury student housing complex located at the corner of Hillsborough & Cox Avenue, on the perimeter of North Carolina State University’s campus. Leasing for fall 2026, the development will accommodate 2,000 students and includes five levels (two of which are below ground) of interior structured parking with 692 parking spaces. Amenities include a rooftop pool, a fitness center, wellness spa, as well as a dog run and washing station.
