We are providing concrete services for the Hilton Richmond The Mondelle, a full-service hotel and conference center in Chesterfield, VA. The $160 million hotel will serve as the anchor of Springline at District 60, a $1 billion mixed-use development currently underway.

The 12-story hotel will include 270 guest rooms, 30,000+ SF of meeting space, a signature restaurant with outdoor dining, and a second-floor indoor/outdoor executive meeting center with a biergarten. Additional features include a rooftop restaurant and cocktail bar, along with an infinity pool.

Donley’s scope of work includes:
